Shehryar, Project Manager:
Sensorberg is a key player in the Industrial 4.0 / IoT space in Germany. After working several years in Enterprise application and business transformation for Global Management consulting firms, I was interested in joining a startup and work in an agile environment. The team is very experienced and shows great enthusiasm in their work. Everyone is super helpful and friendly, allowing for a nice environment for professional growth while inventing some cool products with real-world use-cases. The work-life balance is incredible and the leadership team is engaged in fostering a strong culture.
Şebnem, Project Manager:
After several years of experience as a product manager in the IT industry, I transitioned to a project management role at an agile startup focusing on IoT. The technologies particularly beacons are a very exciting field and offers a vast potential of possibilities. Sensorberg offers a lot of possibilities to introduce my ideas. The team is young, open-minded and very sympathetic. The atmosphere in the company and leadership culture are very pleasant and professional. Teamwork is not just a term, but it is lived here.
Ronaldo, Senior Android Developer:
Sensorberg offers a relaxed work environment in a comfortable office space and cool emphasis in participating in events, tech talks. On the day-to-day there's time and freedom to investigate best solutions and develop great code. We are a very focused startup, but without the startup-hype.
I’m working for Sensorberg for more than half a year now. I'm responsible for a customer support division. In my daily work, I help our clients to use the IoT platform and answer any questions that may occur during usage. Thanks to our amazing team of developers, our fast work system and efficient communication, I'm always able to quickly solve our customers technical problems. In Sensorberg, we know what being a team means, so if any of my non-tech ;) co-worker has a technical problem, I'm always ready to help.
Hicham, Working Student / Development:
I would recommend Sensorberg as employer for any student, because you can work independently, schedule your week alone and learn agile methodology. And whenever I had a problem or was stuck with something, there was always someone who I could ask for help, but no one ever gave me the answer I needed. It was more like teaching me to fish instead of giving me the fish.
Andrei, Head of Mobile:
Since I joined Sensorberg in 2015 there's been an awakening in the technological world about the possibilities offered by IoT and, in Sensorberg case, a tight integration between the different layers. Sensorberg platform shows the benefits of tight integration of software and hardware. There's a tight integration between the various departments in our company and this makes the whole development process a lot easier. We also have regular feedback sessions and knowledge sharing meetings over a pizza.
Our office is in the heart of Berlin, between Potsdamer Platz and Friedrichstraße. Close to our office you find many excellent transport connections like subway, bus, train or regional railways. We are located directly at the Mall of Berlin, so there plenty of options for lunch and shopping. But you can spend your lunch break also inside the office, use the kitchen and relax in the break room.
